Refund Policy

   To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the above conditions are met.

2. Non-refundable Items
   The following items are non-refundable:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A description of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Once we confirm your eligibility, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the address for sending back the item.

4. Processing Time
   Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Fees
   Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error occurred with the order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at support@eurochoicestore.com with the following:

• A photo of the damaged or defective item.
• A description of the issue.

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

7. Exchange Policy
   If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, email us at support@eurochoicestore.com to start the process. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and send the new product.
